I like the post-crisis emotionally troubled Superman. He's more relatable and still magnificent. I like seeing what's on the mind of the man who could take over the world if he wanted to.

Margot Kidder is just annoying.

I posted a comment earlier but it was eaten my the internet. It was something to do with sequels and cute little dogs being dressed in capes using their special doggy powers or whatever. It wasn't very good but it was better than this. Never mind. The film was alright by the way.

It's hard not to like the first two Supermans(but everyone is entitled to their opinion), and this movie basically proves that the last two don't count. This one was faithfully done, and that is worth a lot of points, but is does a go little long, and the "secret" after it was revealed was drawn out another 45 minutes as if is was still a "secret"! Enjoyable but ultimately not all that rememberable. But not forgetable either. If that makes any sense.

These reviews are succinct and to the point.

I could learn a thing or two from this site.:)

SPOILER WARNING! As if anyone actually needs it, but anyway anyway. Can I just say, "He's a little fragile, but he's going to be big and strong. Just like his DADDY!" There's the money shot. Is it just me or is every single Hollywood film about fatherhood??? Seriously. Someone should do a Film Studies PhD about it or something...
